SPICY WILD RICE RISOTTO
2 packages Uncle Ben’s Wild Rice Blend ( a precooked rice)
1 – 10 oz. container Philadelphia Italian cheese and herb cooking creme
1 lb. Italian sausage (for extra spicy – use spicy Italian)
1 – 16 oz. jar Mom and Me spicy Italian pepper sauce
In a large skillet, brown Italian sausage until completely cooked. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil, stirring often.
Reduce heat and simmer 2 to 3 minutes. Garnish with chopped chives and shredded Parmesan.
