Marketing the original recipe of the Premium Italian homemade Hot Pepper Sauce was an idea that I had since I was 5 years of age. I will always remember and be nostalgic for the garden fresh smells coming from my grandma’s kitchen when she was cooking that sauce recipe. I was usually tasked with sweeping the floor, and I enjoyed the chore because I got to be near grandma and the kitchen stove.
During dinner, we always gathered around our table, and as a real family, each of us talked about our day, all the while enjoying the homemade sauce and munching on the spaghetti, sausages, various meats, eggs, and Italian bread that composed our nightly dinner. Joe, my grandpa, never failed to always talk about what he was passionate about, which was his garden. Here, he raised the many ingredients that comprised his special sauce.
Many years passed, and Italian sauce making became a family tradition, until this day. We are truly grateful to our great-grandparents because we inherited this special recipe that we keep on using every time we make hot pepper sauce. This same sauce is what our customers always look for.
My mother was the owner of this business before I inherited it. She provided the business innovation of making two boutique wines, a red and a white wine, which is her specialty. She also sells wine boxes that are made in Napa Valley and sauces that have been passed down through generations. She has red white and pink color codes for red wine, white wine, and rose, respectively, so you will know from across a room what is in the bottle.
